MN had TWO outrageous killings of innocent Black men in five years, George Floyd of course and before that Fernando Castille, a LEGAL GUN OWNER shot during a traffic stop in 2016. And PLEASE also report on changes made after George Floyd in the way police in MN are trained in de-escalation and other measures to reduce the odds of police encounters going badly. PLEASE tell the whole story. Don't just quack out whatever nonsense #ShadyVance is spewing.
