Women's March Seattle 2018, sort of

RantWoman recognizes that most of her readers crave visuals. Tough. RantWoman is expressing gratitude for enough functioning visual neurons to pull some cool #womensMarch2018 signs out of photos a number of Facebook friends from different parts of RantWoman's life have posted.

Digression: RantWoman also feels obliged to whine that Facebook does not provide posters a way to add alttext to photos. RantWoman will just have to cope, and to express amusement about the "image may contain.." screen reader messages generated by its photo scanning / facial identification software.

RantWoman could not go to the #WomensmarchSeattle because she knowingly willfully intentionally helped schedule a #blindness event the same day. The event well. The Emcee just has a great presence and RantWoman has greatly enjoyed watching her develop that gift.

RantWoman also thanks the transit gods. RantWoman needed to travel on routes heavily impacted by the march route. RantWoman had minimal issues both going and coming. Equally important RantWoman got home in time to see the beginning of the Orthodox Epiphany March starting from a church near RantWoman.

RantWoman is proud of her city and proud of diverse faith communities, especially the ones sharing houses of worship.

Okay so old building physical accessibility is often a challenge, but people are working out the space usage. They are. They are.
