RantWoman’s media streams are full of marches, not even counting the
Fremont Solstice Parade.
RantWoman generally finds it easy to find movements of holy spirit
around marches even though these days RantWoman sometimes just stays home and
watches on Twitter.
In HongKong, fully a third of the population has been marching in
opposition to the proposed extradition agreement with China. Thank you Trevor
Noah, in another video besides the one here, for the theory that people turned
out for the HUGE marches because all the porn sites in Hong Kong were shut
down.
In the republic of Georgia, not to be confused with the state of
Georgia, people are marching against Russian presence and practices. RantWoman
has zero command of the Georgian language but was struck during one video about
how churchy the singing / chanted sounded.
It is June and Pride marches are everywhere, along with—new wrinkle—RantMom
grumbling about needing to share the rainbow.
All that is run-up for Trevor Noah. He talks about many South Africa
specifics, but there is much truth here about vibes in the US.
