Why?

RantWoman has been attempting to digest data and secondhand comments.

 

One puzzling comment has come to RantWoman as follows: “If she hates this place so much, why does she stick around?”

 

RantWoman’s first thought: “Why do you think willingness to hang in through hurt and difficulty means RantWoman hates this place? Working through difficulty is an act of love, of appreciation for long growth and care!”
