Jaded US taxpayers are probably all too used to endless #DoD cost overruns and the Department of DEFENSE chronic inability to pass any kind of audit. But $500 Million to do NOTHING is a whole new level of kleptocracy.
So on brandin light of a president who managed to bankrupt SIX casions and a #SecDef known for running two veterans' services into the ground.
