The conditions aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln are appalling. There is NO EXCUSE for supplying plenty of ordnance and no food.
Also note: the percentage of black and brown people serving in the military way exceeds their percentage in the general population.
This is 82 years after a different disaster discussed here.
