This is the only article that turned up on a fast search of the Spokane Spokesman Review website though by now there should be more info about court processes.
RantWoman is going to take a wild guess that both Mr. Mavawallas' military service involved some kind of linguistic and cultural dimension. RantWoman appreciates that the two veterans seem to know and value their rights.
If a felony indictment does not fly for throwing a subway sandwich at a federal officer, neither should any charge involving throwing crowd control munitions back at the officials deploying them.
