Arizona appeals court reopens devastating lawsuit against Mormon Church

This case is germane to WA because WA just changed its mandated reporter laws to cover religious confessions. WA is  now being sued by Catholics, Mormons, and Jehovah Witnesses.

RantWoman is pretty close-minded: religious people hearing confessions should AT A MINIMUM be required to deliver the sources of the confession to the front steps of the nearest law enforcement facility.
