There are issues of property damage, theft, and general really crappy neighbor skills. RantWoman appreciates evidence that the apartment has been secured and that other safety alerts are posted.

Over 300 officers have left the Seattle PD over the last year.

RantWoman is seasoning what faithful attention to concerns is supposed to look  like.

Should RantWoman just blurt out that maybe "Defund the Police" is a distraction? WA could do a much better job about it social safety net with some progressive taxation reform. Don't even ask the police to police inequity caused by WA having the most regressive tax structure in the US. Let's work on that.
