Rough Month with Evolution

April is a rough month for someone still dear to RantWoman. Conversational moments which caused RantWoman, partly by way of sending courage,  to summon the old post listed at the bottom of this entry.

--mention of the concept of "self-awareness" including both recognition of problem circumstances and lack of ability in the moment to control the problems.

--thought perhaps that there should be in Seattle at least one 12-step group in ASL. Yep. The search engine came up with 2 links for further research. Not tonight.

--mention of having fights by text message, while sitting in the same room. An interesting evolution. In RantWoman's case, pre-texting fashion, 500 characters at a time by alpha pager, from across town even if it took 3 days to have an argument or to get to the point where there was no point in arguing further.

--great loneliness it is not necessarily in RantWoman's power to do anything about.
