The NPR line: Russia has distributed so many mines that Ukraine is going to need help about demining anyway. A very high percentage of Russian mines are duds; a much lower percentage of US cluster bombs are duds. So somehow... At the same time, RantWoman has ZERO inclination to tell Ukraine what they do or don't need.
